Having over 20 years' experience working as a senior leader, across partners from the public, private and voluntary sectors we have a wealth of knowledge and evidence. We offer coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams, as well as promotion packages to help you plan and reach your potential.

We can deliver comprehensive reviews of activity, and partnership working with training and experience of delivering reviews such as Domestic Homicide Reviews and Safeguarding Adults Reviews. Having chaired 4 different Community Safety Partnerships and numerous Safeguarding Adult's and Children's Boards, we understand the pressures and demands of multi-agency working.

We have developed a wellbeing and communication model (SORT-IT) which teaches people how to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing, along with how to have difficult conversations. This has been developed with a counselling psychologist and is making a real difference to individuals and leaders. Early intervention is always the best solution and difficult and challenging conversations are often avoided, even by senior leaders.
