With over 20 years of experience working as senior leaders across the public, private, and voluntary sectors, we have a wealth of knowledge and evidence. We offer coaching and mentoring services to individuals and teams, as well as packages for interviews, presentations and promotion processes. 

We deliver comprehensive reviews of activity and partnership working, with training and experience in delivering reviews such as Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews and Safeguarding Adult Reviews, and are Nationally Accredited to deliver Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews. Having chaired multiple different Community Safety Partnerships, Safeguarding Adult and Children's Boards, we understand the pressures and demands of multi-agency working.

We are also specialists in Safeguarding and Scrutiny, currently active as scrutineers on three partnerships and experience on others within the last three years. We provide clarity around governance and develop comprehensive scrutiny frameworks and plans to reassure your organisation, and communities about the work being delivered. .

Mediation & Conflict Resolution

Here at Lead Consultancy, we can help you with mediation and conflict resolution. We are OCN accredited mediators with over 15 year experience in the Human Resources Field, having worked in both Public and Private sector environments. Workplace conflict is no longer an occasional challenge—it is becoming a defining feature of organisational life. The last 12 months have seen the highest level recorded to date, with over half reporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression as a result. We work with organisations across the full employee relations lifecycle, helping to prevent, resolve, and manage workplace issues effectively.

Coaching & Mentoring

We can offer coaching and mentoring to executives, individuals, or teams and tailor it to your needs. Having a mentor can make all the difference in achieving your goals and reaching your full potential. Individuals we have mentored have seen exceptional results and created lasting impacts. We can work with executive teams and individuals. Rates are highly competitive, and you will not be disappointed.

Reviews

We deliver reviews of organisational activity, including Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews (DARDRs), Safeguarding Adults Reviews (SARs), Local Safeguarding Children Practice Reviews (LSCPR), Serious Incident Reviews (SIRs) and Partnership Plans. A culture of learning is essential in driving continuous improvement, either individually or organisation-wide, and it is with that ethos that our reviews deliver.

Interview, Presentation and Promotion Preparation

Invest in yourself and maximise your potential with good promotion preparation. We deliver training in interviewing and presentation skills, providing methods and structures to showcase your skills and the values by which you operate. The results are exceptional, and 95% of candidates go on to be successful in their processes.

Independent Scrutineer

We also act as independent chairs and scrutineers on a number of safeguarding boards and currently work with three local children's boards and a strategic youth board. We are also on a steering group for a charitable community trust and enjoy helping organisations grow while providing challenge and scrutiny to their work.
